Currently all Over the
Air television
broadcasting is being
done by Digital signal
only. If you are
receiving a television
signal from an over the
air antennae, after
June 12th ,2009,
you will be forced to do
one of the following:
1.
Purchase a Digital Ready
Television set capable
of displaying the new
digital signal
2.
Purchase a Digital TV
Conversion Box which
converts the
digital signal so
that your older set will
display television
3.
Connect to Satellite
Dish or Cable Service
which can supply you
with a conversion box
allowing your older set
to receive and display
signal. If you own a new
digital TV, conversion
is not necessary with
cable or satellite.
Option
2 and 3 will still allow
you to view TV on your
older style Analog TV.
